Shortlisted! St George's - 2026 Planning Awards

We are delighted to share that the St George's Leisure Centre project has been shortlisted for the 2026 Planning Awards. Selected under the Placemaking category, this community-focused scheme represents a significant opportunity to improve the health and wellbeing of local residents, providing much-needed public leisure facilities to replace the existing centre, alongside 29 affordable homes.

Working with residential architects Child Graddon Lewis, we succeeded in unlocking a complex, constrained urban site to meet an ambitious brief — delivering a forward-thinking leisure building tailored to local need, together with homes designed to address a borough-wide shortage in family accommodation.
