LA architects is looking for a creative and experienced architect to join our award-winning team in East Sussex.
The practice specialises in the design of sports and leisure projects across the UK, with a focus on delivering projects which inspire participation in the communities they serve.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our dynamic team on innovative projects up to a value of £50M and will be able to demonstrate creative flare, good technical understanding, and strong communication skills.
Key requirements:
· ARB registered Architect.
· Good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations.
· Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Lumion an advantage.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team.
· Creativity and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines.
· Experience across all RIBA stages.
· A positive and proactive attitude.
· Full driving licence is desirable.
