Winstanley & York Road Planning Submitted

The planning application has been submitted for the Winstanley & York Road redevelopment Phase 1. This includes our work on the leisure and community centre.

This is a culmination of two years work following the selection of our team in 2016.

We are looking forward to developing the next stage and reaching planning approval.
