LA architects is looking for a creative and experienced architect to join our award-winning team in East Sussex.
The practice specialises in the design of sports and leisure projects across the UK, with a focus on delivering humane projects which inspire participation in the communities they serve.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our dynamic team on innovative projects up to a value of £50M and will be able to demonstrate creative flare, good technical understanding, and strong communication skills.
Key requirements:
ARB registered Architect.
Sound knowledge of current UK Building Regulations.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Lumion an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Creativity and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage project deliverables and timelines.
Experience across all RIBA stages.
A positive and proactive attitude.
Full driving licence is desirable.
What we offer:
Full time, permanent, office-based position.
£32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on individual ability and experience).
