Coronation Square Planning Permission Granted

On 31 March 2020, London Borough of Waltham Forest Granted Planning Permission for the Coronation Square Development in Leyton.  This large mixed used development in the heart of Leyton is to be delivered by Taylor Wimpey East London in partnership with London Borough of Waltham Forest.  Pollard Thomas Edwards architects led the masterplan, residential and commercial design.  LA architects led the design of the community facilities which are site in the heart of the development including Sports, Community, Nursery and NHS Health facilities.  This is great news for the Council, Taylor Wimpey East London and the entire project team.  The Planning Committee Meeting was held via on-line voice and video conferencing.

We are now working with TWEL and the design team to develop the detailed design for the community facilities.
